Eligibility for Admission to First Year Engineering (FE Admission)

1. The candidate should have passed the H.Sc. (10+2) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or it's equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and Secured minimum 45% marks (40% marks for backward class category candidates from Maharashtra) in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and mathematics added together. Appeared for the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics together and passed in the same sitting, i.e, with the same appearance or attempt.
   
2. Any other equivalent H.Sc. Exam like Central Board, Delhi Board, Other state Indian School Certificate etc on the basis of COMMON ENTRANCE TEST (CET) ranking & as per the rules of Directorate of Technical Education Maharashtra State (DTE) Mumbai to fill up 
   vacant seats. Diploma Holders with minimum 50 % marks (Second Class) are also eligible. Such candidates should contact the Principal directly. Rules are subject to changes as per directives of D.T.E. Mumbai from time to time.

Eligibility for Admission to Second Year Enginerring (SE Admission)

The candidates must be an Indian national and should have passed post – SSC or Post – HSC Diploma Course in Engineering/Technology with at least 50 % Marks (45 % Marks in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging only to Maharashtra State) in appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology from an AICTE approved Institution with English as the medium of Instruction at Diploma Level.

Or

The Candidate must be an Indian National and should have passed B.Sc. Degree from a UGC/Association of Indian Universities recognized universities with at least 50 % Marks (45 % Marks in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging only to Maharashtra State) and passed XII standard examination with Mathematics as the subject and with English as the medium of instruction at B.Sc. Level.

Note : The student belonging to B.Sc. stream shall only be consider after filling the seats in this category with students belonging to the Diploma stream and students belonging to B.Sc. stream are required to pass the subject of Engineering Graphics/Engineering Drawing and Engineering Machines of the first year Engineering Programme along with the second year subject.
